Please follow the below procedure for telephony payment.
1. Log in using link below: https://portal.sagepay.com/mysagepay/settings.msp 2. Put all the detail through: Vendor name: elevenzero User name: Password:
3. Choose Terminal from the tool bar and fill up all customer details.
Tip: Fill up mandatory fields- you will be faster and you will avoid the unsuccessful payment (some people have different email or phone number connected with card details)
4. Press 'Make Payment' button- in this way payment will be proceed.
5. When it's done you will see widow that state: 'Your payment was successful' 6. If you are not sure that payment went through, you always can check status by checking status in 'Transactions' from toolbar.
Please note: When fields are green like on transaction above, payment is successful, if the fields are red payment was unsuccessful.
7. Please send always email to customer and confirm that transaction went through. 8. Now nothing left, only pack the item and send to customer !
